McMurray is the heart of Peters Township and one of the South Hills' most established residential communities. We work McMurray homes regularly — Cam and Drew Kinnee are based in Canonsburg, just a short drive south, and McMurray is part of our core service area.

McMurray has a mix of housing eras that each have their own roofing needs. The older sections south of Valley Brook Road and the established neighborhoods near Peters Township High School have homes from the 1960s and 1970s — many on their second or third shingle roof by now. Newer developments off Valley Brook and out toward Bebout Road were built in the 1990s through the 2010s, and a lot of those original builder-grade shingles are reaching the 20-year mark right around now.
